Right before the next copyright directive meeting of the EU Parliament, the EU Commission, and EU member states, copyright activists and organisations signed a new petition. The petition is one of the largest with 4 million signatories. The petition as many previous criticise the 'snippet tax' in article 11 and filtering in article 13.
