The new proposed changes in Luxembourg tax system with respect to the incomes from IP should bring some positive changes in this area. With these changes Luxembourg resident-taxpayer that carries out business activity in Luxembourg, will have 80% tax exemption for income and capital gains deprived from eligible IP assets.
