Hungary's Foreign Minister Peter Szijjarto confirmed they will be working with Huawei who would collaborate with Vodafone and Deutsche Telekom for the rollout of a 5G network. Hungary held a tender process in June 2019 and the Innovation and Technolgy Minister, Laszlo Palkovics reports that they did not find sufficient evidence that Huawei posed a security threat and therefore plans to proceed with them on this rollout.
