The International Association of Privacy Professionals has released a Resource Center page collecting data protection authorities (DPA) and government guidance following the latest Court of Justice of the European Union ruling on the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield and standard contractual clauses. The IAPP will continue to update this page as new guidance emerges.
