This article expore how cloud computing's ability to trascend location, geography and territorial boundaries raises a series of challenges for the application of international law which inhenrently sees the world through the lens of various jurisdictions routed to location and territorial borders. It demonstrates how when cloud computing and international law collide the results can be problematic.
